枪头皆对准行动党

槟州行动党总部于凌晨时分被不法之徒蓄意纵火，槟首长林冠英认为可能是清真寺清晨禁用扩音器诵经有关。其实，扩音器争议已非新鲜事，吴健南律师亦曾将召唤声和扩音器混为一谈，而遭宗教分子反击；马华副总会长颜炳寿也要求设立明确规范宗教场所扩音声量指南。

据槟州宗教司署宗教司哈芝哈山解释，槟州法规委员会是接到穆斯林的投诉下所做出的决定，因此，这并非族群或是宗教敏感问题，而是清真寺扩音器声量过大所造成的不满。没想到不法分子的矛头却再次指向行动党，近日非但以红漆袭击行动党总部，甚至还纵火意图烧毁，这种横蛮且毫无理性的行为，应当受到全体大马人民的斥责。

原本仅是顺应民情而行事，行动党再次成为众矢之的，被有心分子抹黑成“反回教”。2008年时，行动党士布爹国会议员郭素沁曾被诬告欲禁止扩音器播放祈祷呼唤声，甚至被内安法令扣留一周。《前锋报》一度还煽风点火，一边炮轰民联友党，还拼命影射和扭曲是非真相。无疑地，行动党成了极端分子最爱的攻击对象，尤其是某政党几十年来刻意炮制出来的“华人沙文主义、反马来人、反回教”的刻板影响，造成了凡事涉及敏感问题，第一个殃及的首推行动党。

槟州民联政府在一些人眼里，被扭曲为“华人政府”，极端分子四处张牙舞爪，把民联施政的弊端蓄意扩大化，以种族化、政治化联合加油添酱成一部“反马来人血泪史”。虽然许多事件根本并非以族群考量作为出发点，而是为了剔出前朝遗留之弊政与偏差，于是乎，某政党抓紧时机，屡次煽动种族情绪。308大选后，种族色彩的非政府组织如雨后春笋般成立，《星报》也访问了其中几位领袖，例如“光大狂人”甘尼等，皆把林冠英直指为“种族主义者”，把民联的马来行政议员讥讽为磕头主义。

哈芝哈山已表明，清晨使用太大声量诵经，唯恐将干扰他人睡眠，因此仅能播放呼唤声，这是为了维持回教之和谐，所以遵守指令并非政治化课题。这里的和谐，是以不扰人清梦、避免引发争吵而定，无论您是什么肤色、族群或宗教背景，都不会忍受被扩音器噪音干扰之疲惫，例如此事件投诉者乃穆斯林矣。回教党领袖聂阿兹亦认同禁用扩声器，只需召唤穆斯林祈祷即可。至于有心分子如何搬弄是非，那只得留待后话了。

留根乎？除根乎？

民政党主席许子根真可谓命不该绝，除了遭到众“青蛙”的抨击，连巫统的最佳喉舌《前锋报》也不顾“国阵精神”，敢敢奉劝许子根下台。以炮轰民联为主导的毒舌阿旺士拉末撰文呼吁许子根“明白”，隐喻般嘲讽早退早好。

读罢刘汉良之《许子根只硬在一时》，许子根“硬不硬”牵动着民政，仿如性隐喻般有趣。只可惜民政大势已去，即不能如马华等种族政党般祭出“以华制华”和“不入阁论”，又不宜牵涉国阵党内的利益分配，只好干做边缘人，坐以待毙。岂止是槟州人痛心，国人也不想再加理会，民政党在继续乱下去，必定先翻船。

许子根执政槟州18年，有贡献或否，槟州人都看在眼里，心知肚明。1995年，行动党大败北既是很好的例子，2020年宏愿有极大号召力；再者，民政党势力也只有槟州最强劲，308大选全军覆没，槟州人无疑敲响了民政党的丧钟。接踵而来的倒X运动等，民政党每年党大会都高呼要安内、改革，却不见有何效果，如今倒根运动再次卷土重来，许子根安内还是攘外好？连巫统都看他不起，是否应当考虑安内又攘外，许子根退下更好？

其实，许子根之眼界何其狭隘，除夺返槟州政权别无其它，也许在于民政生于槟城，则须和槟城同在。其实，纵观其他州属，民政无法有所表现，固打议席使得民政无法和国阵友党平起平坐，尤其是党内劲敌马华。所以308后，民政有意拓展势力，并非靠选举，而是收买加入国阵的跳槽议员，例如沙巴的三只“青蛙”等。而许子根也不在乎走后门，以为能继续指导大局，孰知被批成无耻。

民政党是精英创办的多元政党，林苍佑对党和槟州的贡献，皆被评为佳绩，不因加入国阵而遭唾弃。许子根和民政之所以由盛而衰，是自身不争气，故把民政的名誉彻底消耗。如今，不是“一个

大马”救得了民政，而是民政须自救。退出国阵？斩草除根？抑或自感堕落？

巫统欲“以华制华”？

首相署部长纳兹里语不惊人死不休，前阵子炮轰马华获得林冠英赞同，马华吁请行动党“诚邀”纳兹里入党后，反而再传出国阵“诚邀”行动党加入国阵的言论。虽然纳兹里矢口否认这回事，但也深重打击了马华民政。

行动党大头林吉祥发表文告，立刻保证行动党不会出卖政治理念与斗争精神，并将与民联各友党同在，继续打造多元民主。其实，行动党没有必要大惊小怪，以纳兹林时而纯粹“讲爽”的态度，也不过是为了挑逗国阵华基政党的神经，害怕者无疑仅马华民政者也。

308大选后，巫统仍旧是国阵的大赢家，相反地，其他友党不是半生不死便是遭到民众逐渐唾弃，党命唯恐难保。正如1970年代伊斯迈的口炮那么响，若友党继续半生不死，巫统将弃之不顾，这招反使得马华受到华社打救，让马华享尽了华社的拥护与支持。

今时今日，巫统若欲弃架保帅，那也并非不可能，但毕竟今非昔比，放口炮来轰炸马华民政，恐怕也救不了两党。如今民心向背，国阵就算不摇摇欲坠，也害怕被把半生不死的友党，在尽可能挽回民心之时，亦会无故找友党麻烦。

马华民政可以毫不留情地抨击纳兹里，是问纳兹里直属谁、为谁服务？谁赋予纳兹里那么大的胆子，有随意炮轰友党、破坏党和谐的“免死金牌”？巫统是否外面公开和谐，里头却根本不屑友党一眼？千万别忘记，巫统能救你一时，救不了你一世。1964年大选，新国人民行动党有意取代马华，却在半岛输胜一席。新国独立后，“本土化”的民主行动党于1969年大选一鸣惊人，民政党更是夺得了槟州政权，两股反对势力联合夹击马华。

1970年代国阵成立之时，民政党与人进党成功被收编，唯独自吴福源暗渡陈仓与马华谈判合作事宜不了了之，迫使不解散并入马华的行动党拒绝加入联合政府，一路坚持反对党之道。而今，行动党不仅在槟州占多数议席，更与民联友党共同治理其余三州，要说奢望，亦离执政中央不远矣。

就算国阵有心，行动党也无意，林吉祥强调行动党非华人政党，更证实行动党已拓展势力、打破局限，招纳更多非华裔党员加入。马华民政的“以华制华”和“不入阁论”说给行动党听，把行动党当劲敌使已无任何意义，相信巫统已借纳兹里口警告，若再继续半生不死、硬不起来，老子就“以华制华”，吹咩？

Pengiklanan TV Musim Perayaan kian terhempas.Semenjak iklan Hari Raya tahun lepas dikritik sebagai "eretan Santa Klaus",iklan Ramadhan pada tahun ini dilabel sebagai "gadis non-muslim yang kurang ajar",walaupun agak kreatif dan menarik,namun iklan musim perayaan selalu dipolitik dan diperkaum oleh pihak yang berfikiran perkauman.

Jika ingin mentafsir Hari Raya,umat Islam di Malaysia mementing keharmonian dan perjumpaan ahli keluarga serta rakan-rakan sekampung.Iklan "eretan Santa Klaus"mungkin tidak disengajakan demi penghiasan suasana perayaan yang meriah.Walau bagaimanapun,ada di kalangan pihak yang berhati busuk bersalah faham dan memutar belitkan sebagai iklan Krismas atau unsur-unsur"kafir".Iklan Ramadhan tahun ini pula diikuti oleh seorang gadis yang serupa kaum "Cina"yang bersorak-sorak,memakai pakaian seksi serta makan kegolojohan di depan penjual makan muslim yang sedang berpuasa.Walaupun tidak tercatat,watak gadis yang mengakibat kemarahan penonton TV adalah ia "bermuka Cina"dan mungkin dicaci adalah "non-Muslim".Adakah kita yang sensitif,atau iklan yang mengakibatkannya?

Jadi,tersempat saya teringat direktor yang masyhur negara kita-Allahyarham Yasmin Ahmad（1958-2009）,dan hanyalah dia yang mampu mentafsirkan iklan perayaan dengan penuh bermakna dan tidak sensitif.Kebanyakan iklan Yasmin bertema hubungan etnik,namun ia tidak sensitif langsung,dan mampu mentafsirkannya secara harmoni.Yang paling tipikal sekali,adalah iklan Hari Kemerdekaan tahun 2007 yang bertajuk "Percintaan Tan Hong Beng","Bagaimana mengeja Dinosaur"dll,keseluruhannya dilihat dari perspektif kanak-kanak,yang dipenuhi kasih-sayang dan persahabatan,menunjukkan bahawa hubungan etnik tidak sekaku yang difahami olen khalayan.

Iklan Hari Raya Yasmin Ahmad pun menarik sekali,terutamanya seorang anak yang mengimbas kembali zaman kanak-kanaknya,ketika ayahandanya mengajar perkataan"burung murai"kepadanya.Anaknya lalu sedari diri yang kurang ajar lalu memohon maaf kepada ayahandanya yang mengalami kemerosotan peringatan.Iklan ini mencerminkan adat resam pengampunan yang mulia sempena Hari Raya.Satu lagi adalah anak perempuan yang membawa ayah pulang dari hospital semenjak Hari Raya,lalu diketepikan dan dilayan dengan tidak berhormat oleh anak mertuanya.Suami-isteri ini terkejut apabila anak-anak mereka mahu belajar langkah mereka yang "jahat"seperti melayani atuk mereka,kemudiannya mereka insaf dan memohon maaf.

Yasmin Ahmad mementingkan sifat manusia yang suci,baik dan lembut,dan karyanya biasa mendalami masyarakat yang pantang-larang,seperti topik perkauman dan agama yang sensitif.Dia mengkritik persepektif perkauman dan permikiran yang sempit,namun dia wajar disanjung oleh khalayan kerana keberanian dan mampu mengembalikan kemesraan dan keharmonian dikalangan masyarakat.

Walaupun "eretan Santa Klaus"dan "gadis non-Muslim"sangat berkreatif,jika ia disalah tafsir atau sengaja disalah tafsir,malah buruklah akibatnya.Apatah lagi pihak yang berniat jahat dan mampu memutar belitkan isu sensitif kepada kebencian dan kehuru-haraan di kalangan umat islam dan non islam?Belajarlah dari Yasmin Ahmad,yang mementingkan sifat kebenaran,kebaikan dan kecantikan dalam filem dan iklannya,yang wajar menyentuh hati rakyat Malaysia.

[好文转贴]MALAYSIA: HOW DID UMNO STAY IN POWER FOR SO LONG?

Ch. 1: The UMNO War Machine

UMNO is Britain’s greatest success story in neo-colonialism. The British would never have dreamed that their poster boy would have survived for 61 years from 1948 with the signing of the Federation of Malaya Agreement. With the exception of Japan, this has been the longest period any political party has remained in power, without a break, in a “democracy”. Statistically, it is almost impossible and yet UMNO did it.

How?

First a bit of history.

UMNO was born in 1946 in the cradle of the Johor Sultan’s palace with the Sultan himself as the midwife.

Who were the parents?

The Malay Civil Service! This was run by the children of the Malay tribal chiefs and the Royalty. UMNO’s objective was to protect the powers and privileges of the Royal families and the Malay Civil Service. Their strategy was to use the Malay masses in the rural areas to successfully challenge the British over the Malayan Union. The British gave in over the Malayan Union. Then they tried another tack. They decided to co-opt UMNO into their plan to control Malaya after handing over Independence to them. This, UMNO readily agreed to. But who was using who?

A British Stooge!

The British intended for UMNO to be their proxy in the control of Malaya. Hence they gave them all the levers of power before handing over officially on 31st Aug 1957. That is why 31st Aug is Merdeka for UMNO and till today, they refuse to celebrate Sept 16, which should be the official Independence Day for Malaysia. It also explains why when the MCA tried to challenge UMNO for greater political power, UMNO would react harshly towards the MCA.

What were these powers that the British gave UMNO?

1. Special Branch, which at that time was one of the best in the world, to suppress any challenge to the government.
2. The military and the police as the enforcement arms.
3. The National Registration Department to control citizenship

One important lesson the British taught their protégé was never to lose a general election. This, UMNO took to heart and as the results today attest, they mastered the art of winning elections. Over the years, with the help of her intelligence services, UMNO refined and expanded the powers at her disposal, until it has become her War Machine – a fearsome power that struck terror in the opposition parties.

This is the mental model (more definitions of mental modelhere & here) for UMNO’s War Machine together with the other sections of government that she uses against the opposition parties and the Rats (aka The Masses or the Rakyat).

The key to UMNO’s power is the government civil service. This is the source of UMNO’s talent and leaders. There seems to be a symbiotic (or incestuous?) relationship whereby leaders for UMNO are drawn from the upper rungs of the civil service while those who did not join UMNO but served loyally, are rewarded with directorships in Govt Linked Companies (GLC) or in the companies of crony businesses upon their retirement. This is a corrupted version of Japan’s Amakudari. and should help to explain why the police and the top civil servants are behaving in such a blatantly partisan manner in Perak today (7 May 2009). Ch 2: UMNO’s War Strategy (Updated)

It will be useful to review some basic principles that we have touched on in earlier articles:

2.1 What does the Ruling Class want:

• Power and wealth

The Ruling Class is basically governed by greed and fear.

2.2 What do they require of the Rats:

• Docile & submissive, easy to control
• Don’t think too much, preferably a bit dumb.
• Hard-working, don’t complain too much
• Productive: Can produce more baby Rats for regeneration.

All Ruling Classes are fully aware that the Rats can turn and when they do, generally it is unstoppable. History is replete with examples of Ruling Classes who were not successful in suppressing the Rats. In all cases, it is inevitable and fatal for the Ruling Class. It is only a question of time.

So history is against the Ruling Class. Eventually they will fail. All it takes is for the Rats to wake up and rise. Therefore, the Ruling Class will put in most, if not all, of their efforts to ensure that the Rats never wake up.

2.3 How do they do it?

Three basic strategies are employed:

1. Cheating during elections:

In a true democracy, where the rules of elections are fair and transparent, no party can hang on to power for more than 15 years. Generally, the Ruling Party becomes corrupt, decadent and decrepit. Eventually, the voters get tired of them and throw them out during elections.

In Malaysia, this has not been the case. UMNO has remained in power for 52 years and looks set to hang on for another 4 years. They achieved this by constantly winning in general elections through dirty tricks and outright cheating, and even abuse of the Constitution.

During General Elections, the UMNO War Machine takes over in fighting the Opposition parties.

2. Topple Opposition State Governments.

Where UMNO has lost a state during elections, they resort to unconstitutional means to topple the Opposition State Government and take over. They do one or more of the following:

• Create civil disorder to Declare a State of Emergency.
• Buying over the Opposition State Assemblymen.
• Use the MACC to threaten them by investigating them for corruption.
• Resort to physical threats against them and their families.

Right now there is an ongoing debacle in Perak. (7 May 2009). At present emotions are very high and the Rats may miss the bigger picture. But what UMNO has done will be fatal to them and all those who collaborated in this shameful scheme – they have opened the eyes of the Rats.

3. Psychological warfare on the Rats.

The Ruling Class considers all Rats as potential enemies to be suppressed or even eliminated if they are perceived to threaten the Ruling Class's hold on power. They employ psychological tactics to attack the Rats’ minds. This is a non-stop process to complement the UMNO War Machine and just as important for the Ruling Class to maintain their hold on power.

At the most basic level, all minds are vulnerable to fear, greed, sloth, ignorance, hatred, envy, ego, apathy, etc. This is where the other groups in UMNO’s stable comes in – see Groups II to VII of the Malaysian Political Mental Model in Part VI Chapter 1 above.

Ch 3: Operation of the UMNO War Machine.

In the previous chapter we touched on three strategies that UMNO uses to gain and hang on to power.

1. Topple Opposition State Governments
2. Win general elections
3. Psychological warfare against the Rats.

We will commence this chapter with a discussion of the second strategy used by UMNO

– Topple Opposition State Governments.

Such events are rare as they occur about once every 10 to 20 years, the last one in Sabah in 1994. The Perak event is current and fresh in everybody’s minds, so it will easy and interesting to follow. From this exercise, we can compare how having a mental model will help greatly in our understanding of events.

A few principles to bear in mind:
In politics, don’t just listen to the words or watch the actions of the politicians only. Those are designed to confuse the Rats. Recognize the underlying motives. It is usually related to greed for power and money, and fear of loss of power. Once that is identified, it is much easier to track the moves made by the politicians.

3.1 Topple Opposition State Governments

Let us look at some examples in the past:

1. Singapore 1965: Singapore joined Malaysia on 16 Sept 1963. The state government there was led by Lee Kuan Yew (LKY) of the PAP. He was trying to gain a foothold in Peninsular Malaysia through his slogan of Malaysian Malaysia. The Alliance Party then (consisting of UMNO, MCA and MIC) saw him as a threat to their Chinese support base. UMNO triggered riots in Singapore to create the conditions to declare a state of emergency, to arrest LKY and take over the state government.

The British who still had the Commonwealth Army around to defend Malaysia from Sukarno’s Confrontation against Malaysia, were not in favour of such unconstitutional tactics and actively discouraged it. So the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tunku Abdul Rahman, did the next best thing – expel Singapore from Malaysia on 9 Aug 1965.

2. Sarawak 14 Sept 1966: Stephen Kalong Ningkan case.. UMNO colluded with the Sarawak State Governor to dismiss the Chief Minister, declared a State of Emergency and installed her own state government.

3. Kelantan Dec 1977: PAS toppled by BN through a Declaration of Emergency.

4. Sabah 1985 to 1994: How the BN toppled PBS. and here. Over a period of 9 years, UMNO tried various means to topple the opposition PBS until she finally succeeded in 1994 by luring PBS’s state assemblymen through cross-overs.

In all successful cases, UMNO was helped with the acqueiscence of the State Governors/Sultans. They also took advantage of the fact that the State of Emergency in Malaysia was never lifted although the event that triggered the Emergency had long since gone. They kept it ready to be used as and when necessary.

07 May 2009 Perak Coup

Previously, through total control of the media, UMNO could determine the information fed to the Rats. This allowed them to control public opinion and suppress any attempt to resist the coup. This time round, with the advent of the internet (new media) and modern technology, what UMNO did in the Perak Assembly was broadcast live to the nation and the world. The scenes of plain-clothes policemen masquerading as officials of the Sergeant-at-arms manhandling the Speaker and dragging him out of the Assembly will remain in the minds of the Rats for years to come. During the next general elections, it will come back to haunt UMNO.

Bloggers were analyzing the events and condemning UMNO’s blatant abuse of the Constitution. The NGOs, civil society and the lawyers were actively challenging the Government through their knowledge of the laws and the Constitution. To a certain extent, UMNO’s scope to operate was constrained as there was a limit to how far they would dare to go against international and public opinion, especially since their actions were illegal and instantly exposed.

As Pakatan Rakyat and the people gave way peacefully, UMNO did not have a chance to impose a Declaration of Emergency. This is likely to be fatal for UMNO.

The mental model for these events are shown in the diagram below, followed by a chronology of events. The elements of the Mental Model involved are highlighted in bold.

Conclusion:
We should be able to appreciate by now how a mental model helps in having a clearer picture of events and a better understanding of how the various parties to the conflict interact with each other.

This coup-de-tat is a necessary part of the education process for Rats, to recognize who is the enemy and to understand what methods the Ruling Class use to cling on to power. Only then can the Rats develop the mental powers to resist and fight back.

The battle lines are drawn. UMNO has demonstrated how desperate they are. They know full well they won’t be able to get away with it, given the awareness of the Rats and the availability of the internet. And yet they tried. Likely, this is a fatal move which will have severe repercussions for the Ruling Class. We suspect this could be due to an impatient ex-dictator who feels he is running out of time.

By the way, if readers have not already recognized by now, the above tactics have all the hallmarks of an oligarchy and afascist government.

马华，别再大声啦（好文分享）

《光华日报》上周刊登一段不具名基层领袖的说辞，声称“马华已输到没得再输，何不背水一战，干脆向巫统谈判，尽量为华社多争取一些好处。若巫统真不同意，就退出国阵，以独立政党的姿态出征下届大选或更能获得人民的委托与信任”。

此不具名基层领袖看来“分量十足”，敢与那些“没核”的领袖分庭抗礼，敢敢呼吁马华退出国阵。若马华退出国阵，真能挽回人民的信任吗？坊间人人在传，尤其是华社，对马华已表露出极大的不满。不仅是马华不能为华社争取“好处”，而是华社应有的权益和尊严荡然无存，而马华却还有脸配合巫统在那里高喊“一个大马”，看在人民眼里，这群助纣为虐者不要说怕不怕巫统，唯恐连怎么怕都不知晓，因为由始至终只是个头家政党，凡是都为了利益着想，以利益作为考量，还怕什么巫统？

马华反复打着“不入阁”的高调，一直阐明自己若得不到华社支持，该党全体不入阁。那好，绝大多数华社早已在308大选反映了现实，为何马华迟至今天才来大声高喊不入阁？马华公会美其名代表华人，华人不支持它，就用人民支持他为由，名正言顺扭曲成自己是“一个大马”政党，所以就算16个国会议席有9个是混合或马来人居多的选区，马华依旧认为自己“获得了华社支持”，吹啊？马华可以堂堂正正跟你说，那些选区里面没有华人吗？你吹啊？

很好，那说来说去还不都回到原点，在华社看来马华就是个只顾自身利益的集团，而且越来越鬼鼠和不知所谓。从独立初期平起平坐，至落到今时今日的地步，并非巫统把马华害惨，也并非华社不支持马华，是马华自找的，故自食其果。马华投机数十年，把自己卖给了巫统，更把广大华社的基本权益抛弃，害得种族和族群间关系紧张，多谢马华和巫统的分治政策。此外，华社几度支持马华，一而再给予马华机会，直到2004年马华大丰收，结果如何？我们瞧见了，我们亦遭受到了打击，我们已忍无可忍了。

所以，高倡“以华制华”、“不当官”，收买枪手到处散播谣言、攻击民联又又如何？马华知道他们在民间的所作所为，让华社极度反感吗？马华是真的痛切心扉、思痛改过了吗？为何至今华社仍不能原谅马华，正因为他们支持民联和行动党吗？国人真的笨到如国阵所认为的，不是黑就是白，只有两条路选择吗？非也，非也，人民以至华社，就看你国阵—马华，以至民阵等都好，看你们有无实现诺言，国阵能否团结族群、能否废除不合理的苛法、有无勤力肃贪、有无实现宏远政策的能力，民主自由与透明化，国阵做得到吗？

别告诉我民联也做不到等云云，民联没有执政中央的前例，执政州政府完全风牛马不相及，毕竟中央还握有极大权力，执政中央才能全面实行民联政策。国阵和马华理由越多，人民就越肚懒，若再配合各种极端言论和恐吓，我想你马华也省得解释了。我们就等着你马华去纠正国阵，和巫统来个真正的协商，开那么多大会唱大戏，就省了吧，来去都是一套，人民不耐烦啦！

学习雅思敏阿末

电视台佳节广告频频触礁，自去年搞奇幻的开斋节广告被批为“圣诞老人雪橇”，直至今年斋戒月的“无理的非穆斯林女生”系列广告等，虽说很有创意也蛮无厘头，但不幸地是，在凡是都“政治化”、“种族化”的大马，广告很容易被有色眼镜所玷污。

若要诠释开斋节，大马穆斯林都非常强调返乡和家族团聚，加插了类似“雪橇”的东西或许并非故意，是为了点缀佳节气氛。然而，有心人就爱搬弄是非、百般误解，将它和“圣诞节”扯在一块，并污辱广告有“异教徒色彩”。接着便是今年的斋戒月广告，一名类似“华裔”的少女，于斋戒月逛友族摊子时大声喧哗、当面狼吞虎咽、穿着性感等；以角色所演绎的表情，甚至让人一看便觉得是“华裔”，因而产生反感。是我们敏感，还是广告太造作？

于是，这不禁让我想起雅思敏阿末，也唯有雅思敏能诠释出既不敏感又富有深刻意义的广告。雅思敏的广告题材大多有关族群关系，此“敏感”却非彼“敏感”，而且能诠释得和谐（非彼“和谐”），并拿捏得恰到好处，绝不让你抓到痛脚。最典型的当属2007年国油的国庆日广告《陈鸿明的爱情》、《恐龙怎么拼？》等，完全从小孩的视角来探索族群思维，天真无邪的小孩充满了“爱与友情”，显示出族群关系并非想象中僵硬。

雅思敏的经典开斋节广告亦不少，例如儿子回忆起儿时父亲教授他“喜鹊”的场景，浑然发觉对记忆衰退的父亲无理，而连忙道歉，体现了开斋节寻求长辈宽恕之习俗。此外，尚有“弃老山”式的故事，女儿把年迈的父亲从医院接回家过开斋，却遭受女婿的恶待，结果其子女有样学样“学习”恶待，才让夫妇反省亲情之珍贵。

由此看来，雅思敏重视的是“人性的单纯、善良与温柔…习惯以她的作品深入社会的“禁域”与“禁忌”，譬如种族议题，身为穆斯林的她因坚信公正与真理而去质疑马来西亚种族化政策”（中正大学杨昊博士语）。雅思敏仿如“擦边球”般，正面应对敏感课题，却能让观众见识温馨与感动，她批判种族主义，也挑出了族群弊端，虽备受争议，却使人异常佩服。雅思敏的创意源自现实，不刻意哗众取宠，仅为了返璞归真，让国人知晓节庆真实的涵义。

“雪橇”和“非穆斯林女孩”虽很有创意，出发点也并非刻意抹黑自己或他者，但一不小心踩入雷区，后果将不堪设想。有心分子若要整你，鸡蛋里挑骨头亦不为过，更何况还摆着被他挑，岂不便宜他们兴风作浪？学学雅思敏，以柔克刚，回归自然的面貌，以真、善、美来感化国人。

巴拉尼威的忧虑（原题）

在國陣政府全體譴責“殖民意識威脅”、“共產主義復辟”時，國大黨主席巴拉尼威出面力挺社會主義黨“6君子”，呼籲政府立即釋放他們的舉動，估計民間對此會有所保留。

　不難看出，巴拉尼威的“好意”是顧全大局，為保住國陣的印裔選票而做的上上策。308大選前，興權會遊行激起大馬印裔不滿邊緣化和受歧視的反風效應，上屆大選亦見證國大黨幾近全軍覆沒的局面，連“和豐之獅”三美威魯都慘敗。巴拉尼威的責任是重整國大黨旗鼓，不僅要解決三美時代留下的爛攤子，還得重拾該黨“印裔代表”的威望。

　巴拉尼威聲援社會主義黨6君子之舉，很大程度上是為國陣印裔選票擔憂，畢竟被逮捕的社會主義黨領袖有5名是印裔，單是和豐國會議員傑亞古瑪倡導扶貧政策、為貧苦印裔彰顯正義的名望，就足以讓巴拉尼威汗顏受驚。

社會主義黨雖為小黨，但印裔黨員佔大多數，關注底層社會的勞資、福利和權益問題，社會主義黨可說最受底層印裔歡迎的政黨。被逮捕的領袖裡，莎拉瓦蒂和朱進佳等皆屬頗有名望的社運分子，無故被扣上“共產黨”等黑帽，足以激起各族憤懣。

　巴拉尼威其實擔心興權會烈火再燃起。雖說國陣已成功分解興權會勢力，收編並成立人民力量黨等，整合了從國大黨分裂出來的人民前進陣線、印裔團結黨等小黨，更使印裔穆斯林協會與巫統“聯婚”，促成國陣內部的“印裔大團結”。該現象能維持多久，不得而知，但只要國大黨有信心與國陣內的印裔政黨協商，提升並改善印裔的生活，和爭取更多權益，國大黨不僅能重振威信，亦能穩守印裔票源。

　國大黨對社會主義黨領袖被捕一案出聲，是為避免興權會死灰復燃，只要不滿當權者的印裔再次團結，重新出發，國大黨將面臨被淘汰的局面。巴拉尼威呼籲首相放人，不外為了自身、政黨，和國陣的利益著想。正所謂處在陡壁懸崖上，不勒緊馬韁的后果必是粉身碎骨，巴拉尼威怎會不狂飆冷汗？

“马来人与回教世界”观

大马驻菲大使夫人再娜口出狂言，在推特上侮辱菲律宾国父黎刹是“异教徒”（kafir）被人拆穿，非但损害我国声誉，亦证实了部分人之无知与造作，竟然把此“马来人”和彼“马来人”混作一谈，真是自取其辱。政府或可考虑将其纳入我国外交史上的一大笑话。


全拜我国“独特”的教育所致，马来人和回教（伊斯兰教）连成一条直线，约定俗成后之结果是不允许轻易分割的。我国马来文化的其中一部分是回教，也由于回教化而形成当今的马来文化。然而，此马来人非彼马来人，我国的马来人是狭义，而广义上的马来民族，版图甚至囊括马达加斯加岛。“马来人”一词有众多解释，大略被归类成几种涵义，丝毫不得含混：1）族群（race）上的马来人，被称为褐色人种，是人种总称，散播于马来群岛（Nusantara），出自同种语系，种族繁多；2）马来民族，遍布于马来半岛、苏门答腊东部、婆罗洲至菲律宾等，是马来族群的其中之一，如印尼的马来族；3）海外马来人，不一定和大马的马来人有干系，例如殖民地时期迁徙或流放的马来族，如斯里兰卡马来人、开普马来人等；4）马来西亚马来人，被“定格”、同化、规范后的马来人，他们是必须信奉回教、奉马来语为母语，并坚持马来文化与习俗者，例如只要皈依回教的华人、印裔回教徒或与马来穆斯林通婚者，可选择“成为马来人”那样的道理。

我们稍微厘清后，即对驻菲大师夫人会有此见识，并爆出此番言论不感到意外了。再娜为了讽刺民联领袖安华“亲基督徒”，竟敢连黎刹也拉来做比喻，更显露了该者凡是都政治化，并在胡乱扣帽子中混合了歧视和偏见，而且是犯了约定俗成之无知所致。身为一国之大使夫人，说话竟无经大脑，真使人心寒。若是在印尼，再娜的言论肯定沦为千古笑谈，印尼有成千上万的马来族群，就算是印尼马来族亦不能担保完全属穆斯林。印尼是全世界回教徒人口最多的国家，却没有指定伊斯兰为国教，印尼奉行多元主义和宗教自由，并无规定什么民族必须信奉什么宗教。再娜岂敢笑称那些非穆斯林的印尼马来民族是“异教徒”？当然，以她了解“马来人”的程度来说，她确实会这么认为。
   
再回头看再娜出言羞辱的黎刹。黎刹并非纯正的“马来人”，甚至还拥有华裔血统，他的宗教背景完全是西方殖民化之结果，直到今天为止菲律宾土著仍大多数信奉天主教，跟他是不是“马来人”\“马来族群”有何直接干系？再说，称黎刹为“马来族之骄”或“马来伟人”，也仅因为他是菲律宾土著混血儿，是马来族群的一部分，更何况是东南亚反殖民主义的先锋，固然是“马来人的骄傲”。但必须澄清的是，此“马来人”又非彼“马来人”，跟随后成形的“马来西亚马来人”差个天与地、风牛马不相及；拿菲律宾与马来西亚混成一团来论，根本就是无稽之谈，菲国众多土著也不把自己归类为“马来人”，连信奉回教的摩洛人（Bangsa Moro）亦是如此，他们更倾向沿用西班牙人为他们套上的“摩尔人”（北非穆斯林，西人称穆斯林之同义）称呼。

若再娜真要把约定俗成的“马来人=回教徒”，单马六甲王朝时期的阿旺将军（Panglima Awang）足以使其汗颜，西洋人称这位麦加伦的马来仆人称作“马六甲的安立奎”（Enrique of Malacca）是一名受洗的罗马天主教徒，然而仅由于他是名基督教徒（那些不学无术者、眼界狭隘者眼中的“马来异教徒”），“马来人航海家”之美名就会被剥夺掉吗？当然不会。所以，巫统擅长搞的那套“马来人与回教世界”（Dunia Melayu, Dunia Islam；再益依布拉欣曾于其著《我也是马来人》中批评此会议，该主席为甲州首长阿里鲁斯旦）根本就行不通，大马以自己“独特”的歧见和荒谬来概括并扭曲“马来世界”，而浩瀚的、广义的“马来世界”真有巫统那么简单吗？“马来世界”真的都是“回教世界”？这显然是将“马来西亚的马来人”之观念套在世界观上自圆其说，而驻非大使夫人所闹出的笑话，既是巫统“民族神话”灌输下之最终结果，不仅成了菲律宾人的笑点，菲国国父、民族英雄黎刹若泉下有知，不知该笑还是该哭呢。或许，马达加斯加岛民和印尼国岛民会第一个先笑爆肚皮吧？还有那整天高调论及，抨击民联时同样离不开“回教国”的马华公会，他们又该怎样解释此番现象呢？

厚颜无耻的“小中国论”

堂堂一个“代表华人”的华裔政党马华公会总会长批评行动党“打造小中国”？不让人笑到肚子疼，唯恐都要去撞墙。

在国阵眼里，按照其“老大哥”巫统的逻辑：反对党（不是巫统盟友者）都是共产党、华人沙文主义、反马来人、反回教，那马华和国大党等种族政党是什么东东？民政党、人联党等多元政党又是什么东东？马华获得多数华裔支持时，为何没有“小中国”？民政执政槟州时，为何又没有“小中国”？偏偏轮到行动党支持率高涨，与民联各党治理四个州属时，才出现“小中国”？而且，这种论调从种族政党爆出，难免很可笑吧？
不过，谅他们会说出此番言论啦，因为他们皆为种族政党，有怪无怪咯。巫统竞选时最爱离间马来人和其他族群的关系，说行动党是华人政党、是反对马来人和剥夺马来人华人政党；也把公正党说成出卖马来人、回教党出卖回教；而马华，则在华裔圈子里说回教党要搞“神权回教国”，行动党和公正党同流合污等。而创党至今四十余年的行动党，仿如国阵众矢之的，秉持“马来西亚人的马来西亚”数载，巫统把他当“小中国”，阻止马来同胞贴近并仇视行动党，如今马华却跳出来指责行动党搞“小中国”，实在让人哭笑不得！

行动党华裔党员多，没错，但行动党党籍是公开给全马各族群的，从来没有说自己是“华人的行动党”，若以马华的幼稚言论来看，行动党里的全国主席卡巴星（锡克人）、副主席东姑阿都阿兹（马来人）、古拉（淡米尔人）岂都不是“人”？还有许许多多的印裔党员和马来党员以致东马的土著党员，他们难道不是行动党人？马华多年来屡次高谈“以华制华”等鸟论时，行动党时刻都在转型，逐渐接近该党的创党目标：一个真正的多元政党、一个属于马来西亚人政党。相反地，马华的政治筹码仅剩什么？——“以华制华”、“回教国”，直到蔡细历高调论政的“小中国”。领个镜子来映照一番，浑然发觉都是马华本身的丑态，如今却拼命“移植”给行动党！

如今，国阵搞“一个大马”，从“2020宏愿”开始即不停照抄修改行动党的“马来西亚人的马来西亚”，被骗的国民也不少，例如1999年“马来人大团结”倒马哈迪时，他们可以用软硬兼施，用经济开放来博取华裔支持，以及用513事件来恐吓华裔。2004年，搞“廉政”的阿都拉，把所有票都赢回，马华创下史上最高峰，结果又如何？华社的诉求、印裔的窘境、马来人和东马土著的贫困问题等，国阵听得到吗？所以，大马人民不分族群开始自动团结起来，在净选盟、兴权会游行一直到308政治海啸，大马人以证明给国阵看，我们确实受够了，再不改变就等完蛋。

何止蔡细历？坦白来说，马华就是个没有原则又下流的政党。任凭巫统和其麾下散播种族性言论、分裂族群关系、大搞极端种族主义，却没能力加以阻止。非但任巫统骑劫国家，还任巫统强奸民意，如巫统议员羞辱赌博是华人文化时，马华有无立即作出反应，并勇于杯葛巫统，逼他们道歉？没有！大夸以地养校前麻烦先查阅历史，谁出卖了多元主义与华文教育？博宣传说自己也关注友族和“不排除转型为多元政党”时，回头看看谁助纣为虐、不顾一切分裂族群来巩固自己的选票？

行动党俘获华裔选民支持时，马华就来套无聊的“小中国”。等行动党成功获得各族群支持时，马华是否又来一套“出卖华人”、“亲马来人、亲回教”？不管他们怎么诬赖，来回都是那几套，狗改不了吃屎，就算换了个“一个大马”新衣，骨子里的套路依然如出一辙。国阵已把大马搞得“人不像人，鬼不像鬼”，因此国人必须团结一致，把大马人和默迪卡精神重塑起来，不惜代价也要让国阵的牛鬼蛇神们垮台，勿让他们再典当马来西亚。巫统喜欢搞“马来国”、马华喜欢搞“小中国”、国大喜欢搞“小印度”、民政等不伦不类，就随他们去吧！送不送他们去“荷兰”，国人自有分晓。
